In 2021 and 2022, the Renewables Accelerator hosted a Federal Funding Learning Series to educate cities and other local governments about existing federal decarbonization funding and incentives and to highlight new incentives from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).

These webinars are intended for local officials and community partners with a range of experience navigating and pursuing federal funding, including fundamentals for those with less experience and practical tips, best practices, and federal program details for those looking to refine their knowledge. These webinars also feature best practices and strategies for communities seeking to put forward competitive applications for equitable climate action and local resilience projects.
