ROCSPOT Community-Scale Solar RFP

This RFP provides an example of how multiple organizations can aggregate demand to procure community-scale solar projects. Facilitated by RMI through the ROCSPOT initiative, the document outlines project requirements, financing terms, evaluation criteria, stakeholder roles, and indicative power purchase agreement terms designed to support approximately 16 MW of community solar capacity.
