RFQ issued by the Seychelles Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change to identify and prequalify independent power producers (IPPs) for a future solar energy project. The RFQ seeks qualified developers to design, build, operate, and maintain a solar photovoltaic system that will supply electricity to the Seychelles grid through a power purchase agreement (PPA). Shortlisted bidders would later be invited to respond to a formal RFP.
